Dr. Jack Carlson was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. He completed his undergraduate studies at North Dakota State University before receiving his dental education from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska.  He is very grateful for the opportunity to return to Fargo to serve the community where he grew up. He brings a caring and compassionate approach to dentistry and strives to exceed expectations. Dr. Carlson looks forward to building a lasting relationship with each patient he sees.
